Dr. Sugihara took care of me at the San Antonio emergency room when my appendix ruptured. He was kind, caring, professional and thorough. I had a great experience with him and I am grateful that he saved my life.

Dr. Sugihara is one of the best doctors I have been to. He performed a emergency gallbladder removal .I was scared and he explained to me the details of the surgery and post-op . Everything went as explained . After a week I felt like nothing happened . He is Amazing! I will highly recommend him .

Dr. Sugihara was my surgeon around 3 years ago and he was great. He spent about 30 minutes with me just explaining everything that he was going to do including the maybe's. I went into surgery knowing everything that might happen. He did a great job!

Had to have my appendix removed by Dr. Sugihara and everything went smoothly. I was able to get discharged from the hospital the same night. Recovery is going extremely well, I didn’t even use all of the pain medication that was prescribed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sugihara.

Dr Sugihara is thorough, patient, kind, takes every precaution. He’s available all the time, takes an hour with every patient and is well worth every second of the wait. You can trust that your life or your loved ones life is safe in his hands. My husband recently had surgery and it went better than we could ever have imagined. My husbands recovery went perfectly, no infection minimal pain and consistent post op care. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sugihara! Don’t go to anyone else, he’s the absolute best you’ll ever find!
