I recently moved to Texas due to this COVID situation and I was 35 weeks pregnant. I was looking for a doctor that could take care of me because I was going to have my baby as a planed c-section. The clinic was willing to accept me in and Dr Adesomo is part of the team. I went online and read his reviews and I got really worried. Since none else was willing to take my case due to the insurance I pray to God that everything was going to be fine. HE DID A GREAT JOB WITH MY C-section. IT WAS A QUICK PROCEDURE AND HOURS LATER HE CAME BACK TO CHECK ON ME. MY SCAR HEALED PERFECTLY AND MY BABY IS PERFECT. Thank you Dr!

I’ve been knowing Dr. Adesomo for 43 years He’s been taken care of me from the first time I met him. He has delivered all 4 of my children full-term naturally, he has always been there for me with his professional, straightforward demeanor. Just an AWESOMELY AMAZING Man!!

I have been going to him since I got pregnant with my first child. I was a young mother in high school scared and didn’t know what to do. But he was amazing he explained everything in such a way I could understand and grasp. I appreciate his patience and understanding of my circumstances. Then as I grew older he continued to be my Dr he delivered all four of my children. I had no issues no problems during nor after my pregnancies. I had full term babies and natural deliveries. I kept going back to him because he is an amazing Dr. and to me will always be. Until I had to move to Chicago and now I’m back in Houston and can’t wait to have him as my Dr once again.

He delivered my first child 16 yrs ago I was only 17 he was rude and EVERY visit he preformed a pap ?? I was alone with no parents or adults to see me through this at the hospital I asked for drugs they said it was to late I should keep my legs closed to this day I still feel violated by this dr. Teen mom's stay clear and I only rated a one because I had to

I am a from another country and found the doctor to be very patient with my english not being so good. He helped me a lot and told me what to do do and what will happen. He is a good doctor.

I am an actual patient who recently had a positive experience. I must disclose, however, that the results of my own positive experience were the result of my own mental preparation combined with an impersonal evaluation of the service that I received. I will first outline the positives.The staff was very friendly and courteous. I had questions and concerns, and the ladies listened to me and also were able to fully satisfy and validate my concerns. As far as the doctor, I found none of the rudeness and lack of professionalism that is being mentioned here. I must say, however, that this is a doctor that will get the job done quickly and right away. I feel that if a patient is having psychological issues...that she should go to a trained professional to tend to that aspect of her condition...or perhaps ask for a referral. In my personal experience, I was mentally prepared for the kind of treatment that I received. I was treated with dignity and respect, and the doctor had a very pleasant… attitude towards me. I, however, presented a pleasant and confident and cooperative attitude toward him. Again, I did not go there to be coddled or to deal with other issues, I went there to receive a specific service. I also feel that the patient should be as considerate as the doctor is when it comes to accepting services. Patients do not understand that these professionals, too, face a stressful environment and that part of that stress is the responsibility of their profession. I will now mention a few things that could improve. One, I feel it would be helpful for the doctor to stress to the patients the importance of being mentally ready, as he is NOT a psychologist. He should emphasize to them in a gentle yet firm way that his job is to get things done in a timely yet efficient manner, to please not take it personal.While I like the fact that the building is very discreet, I felt that he could perform much better if he practiced in a hospital setting, where life support equipment is readily available in the event of an emergency taking place...such an unexpected reaction to medication. If they have such equipment, I did not see it. I say this because I felt anxious as I felt the effects of a shot of morphine. I became so anxious that it disrupted the experience to an extent....and this anxiety was contagious. The doctor reacted in a firm manner, but should he not directed me in the way he did, i was not going to be able to have the positive experience that I had. I fully cooperated and once I did, everything happened quickly. His assistance was also extremely helpful reassuring me and coaching me on my breathing. I also noticed that the receptionists perform also as medical assistants and ultrasound technicians. Some of the small things mentioned on here are understandable, as it seems the staff is expected to multi-task. In my personal experience, the positives out-weight the not so positive. After everything was done and over with, the doctor was extremely supportive and courteous. He even answered my call during a weekend, something that few professionals do. So yes, I would recommend this physician. I must say, however, that he has a specialty. He does not have counselors, psychologists or anything of the sort. As long as this is understood and as long as you appreciate his expertise, you will have a very positive experience, just like I did.

Traumatic experience. This dr should not practice. Any dr that you have to follow up with at the Er and the Er tells you that its not uncommon that they see his patients. Should NOT be practicing medicine. I wish I had looked at this review ahead of time.

This doctor doesn't care about his patients: he goes way too fast to go in and get out of the examination room. His assistant was doing an ultrasound to me (there are two nice hispanic women) when the doctor came in and left the door opened, then his phone rang and he went right out leaving the door opened. His assistant closed the door and she apologized to me. The doctor came back in and he never apologized about leaving the door opened,and then he went out and LEFT THE DOOR OPENED AGAIN. She closed the door again and continued to explain what I had asked her. After all of that, his assistant took me to the back room; she was helpful and made me feel comfortable, then the doctor came in and again left the door opened.I didn't like this doctor, he doesn't care about his patients.
