He is an unethical physician that should have his license revoked. On a disability physical exam he fabricated range of motions and exams. For Strength Test for my biceps, triceps, elbows, wrists, grip, pinch, knees, ankles, brachioradialis, side flexion extension, hips, or any other spinal segment or joint and the Hawkins Impingement Test, Empty Trash Can Test, Lift Off subscapularis test, crank apprehension test, Cross body abduction test, or deep tendon test wasn’t conducted even though he annotated he conducted these. He inaccurately or intentionally didn’t list my medications, what specialist I see for my injury and severity of my injury. If you have seen this person and he has grossly done your exam request your medical records and file a complaint with Louisiana medical license boards and whoever is having you get the exam done. He can only get away with what they don’t know about do the work to expose him. They were super helpful on the complaint process at the state medical… board and Congressman Bill Cassidys team was extremely helpful at looking at my records and exam from him and taking the case as well to investigate. Again if you have seen him and been grossly wronged get your medical records and start filing your complaints with everyone the state, social security, va, qtc whoever made you see him. I have been going to Dr. Francis for about 11 years. He knows me and he listens to all my problems that I may have. He is very eager to solve them too.. He want let anything cause me to have more problemsl then I already have to he is very cautious and that's why I like seeing him. The only thing I dislike about the office is having to wait to get prescription slip. I think it would be faster if we can get our slips from the doctor. Other than that Dr. Francis is the best and I would recommend him.
