They make incorrect appointments, cannot admit their mistakes, and will never return your phone call no matter how many times you call them. The Dr.’s will not write a letter if you’re not feeling well because they decide what symptoms you have. You will pay the appointment cost to see a nurse practitioner instead of your Dr. You will not find this out until you take off work and arrive at your appointment. SURPRISE!!!! Your Dr. is out of town. ADELA FERNANDEZ IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE FOR APPOINTMENTS THEREFORE YOU CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF HER OR HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER. ***Most IMPORTANTLY there is a reason the LOW END Health Insurance Companies have ASSSOCIATES MD as their In Network Provider. The Dr.’s and overall Establishment is INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER!!!!!
