I paid $35.00 twice for forms for my Short term disability at work. I had to beg to have them done in a timely manner. Dr. Lipede told me I had a progressive spinal condition and would end up on oxygen and if walking, walking with a deformity eventually. I went to the ER where he is on staff, they stated he has never returned one call while on staff there. I saw a Doctor there last week and he told me absolutely my ribs have not shifted though I do have ongoing spinal problems. Doctor Libede NEVER did one CT scan, X-Ray, MRI during the time I was seeing him. The doctor at the hospital he is on staff at stated that he likes to "give pills, lots of pills". Dr. Lipede told me to apply for SSA disability then lied and said he never said that when I called and asked if he had conveyed that to my Short term Disability administrator. The time waiting to see him sometimes exceeded two hours AFTER your appointment time. Because of him I may very well lose my job of seven years. I feel I was… misdiagnosed without testing except to see if the pain pills he gave you were taken via urine test and blood test. His receptionist was not suited to the job and extremely rude. If you want a pill pusher this is your guy, if you want a good doctor that is accurate in his diagnosis then he is not.
