Dr. Adena Erin Rosenblatt, MD

Today I was taking my daughter in for a first visit, as I asked a question in reference to insurance and I was unable to receive an answer. I then received rude communication from not one but both office assistants. In my 10 years of going to Edward hospital I have never been treated with such unprofessional behavior. I was talking with my husband in regards to how no one in the hospital knew of this Dr. nor the location of the office to how they were also unable to answer a question of weather I was in network or out of network with their office. As I was explaining to my husband this situation, not one but both front office assistants proceeded to start yelling and try to argue with me over my conversation with my husband not even with them. That I actually walked out of the Doctors office and will no longer go to the building for any future appointments. I am a precessional office manager myself and would have fired anyone who talked to a patient/customer in this manner. It is sad… to understand not everyone is as nice as they should be. It was uncalled for and completely ignorant of the office. I will be contacting the hospital as well to explain the following situation as it is also a reflection of their hospital and shows how the doctor would also be. Your workers are a reflection of you!
