Dr. Pascaru is a compassionate and caring physician. She is a true gem!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pascaru for about 20 yrs. She is very thorough and caring. Dr. Pascaru takes as much time as needed to talk about what’s important to your overall health. I have always found Dr. Pascaru to be encouraging and sympathetic to my needs. I highly recommend Dr Pascaru if you are in search of a high quality cardiologist.

Dr. Pascaru kept my mother alive many years, is now treating me, my daughter and her husband. She is a fantastic doctor and a very caring, attentive person. She attends to every detail, answers my questions, listens to me and is brilliant in her knowledge of her profession. She makes you feel as though you are her only patient and she genuinely cares about not only your health, but your life. She has worked with my other doctors regarding my battle with cancer and other health issues. She recognizes that I am a whole person, not just a cardiovascular system. I always feel good about myself after seeing her.

I have under Dr Pascaru's care for nearly 25 years, and I am truly convinced that without her caring and dedication, I may not be here writing this review. She is truly unique in the way she cares about her patients like they are family. I don't know what I would do without her. Just a special person and a wonderful doctor.

Our family is forever grateful to Dr. Pascaru and her partner Dr. Somekh for the additional time we have with our father. My fatherâ??s health was deteriorating for months before we went to their practice, Healthy Heart Cardiology, despite having an angiogram / stent placement performed by a local hospital 6 months prior. We went to Dr. Pascaru based on a recommendation from a family friend. Based on Dr. Pascaru and Dr. Somekhâ??s careful review, the local hospital missed placing a stent on a very vital vessel, which is why he was getting worse! Before we discovered this vital piece of information, my father suffered a heart attack without knowing it. He went to his longtime cardiologist, who did not detect this, and simply sent him home. We happen to have a follow-up appointment with Dr. Pascaru the day after, who immediately sent him to the ER. She arranged for my father to have an angiogram performed by the best (Dr. Shlofmitz at St. Francis) while her partner, Dr.… Somekh, kept a close eye on him as the attending doctor while he was in the hospital. Unfortunately, my father was diagnosed with congestive heart failure through this ordeal, dramatically changing our way of life. He was in critical condition after the heart attack â?? we were afraid to go anywhere without a wheelchair for a few months. Dr. Pascaru handheld us through everything - cardiac rehabilitation (worked closely with the cardiac rehab center in adjusting his regime), adjustments to diet, and well calculated adjustments medication (my father is ~100 lbs and not a text-book heart patient â?? she is very careful in what she prescribes and the dosageâ?¦and keeps a close eye in monitoring how he reacts to medication). It is very nerve racking caring for my father as a CHF patient, but we are in good hands with Dr. Pascaru and Dr. Somekh. It has been close to a year, and while my father is still managing his CHF, he is able to do almost everything he did prior to the heart attack thanks to these great doctors!

I don't know where to start. I have been a patient of Dr. Pascaru's for over 20 years. At the time, I was a young athlete experiencing heart issues, and on a recommendation, I went to see her. That decision changed my life. Only through her caring and attention have I been able to live a normal life (with a few minor setbacks!)and enjoy the activities I thought I'd never be able to do. She has been amazing, I doubt there are many physicians out there that care as much about their patients as she does. i could go on and on, from the times I called her in a panic, to all the times she reassured me I would be okay, she has never once lost her focus and attentiveness. I owe a lot to her! She's the best!

Dr. Pascaru has been my family's physician for over a decade and she is absolutely exceptional! It is apparent with every office visit that Dr. Pascaru is committed to excellence and is truly dedicated to the optimal health and wellness of her patients. One of my family members had a health crisis this year and Dr. Pascaru was with her every step of the way, ensuring her optimal recovery. Additionally, Dr. Pascaru's partner, Dr. Somekh, is an excellent physician and his wonderful care for my family member during her hospitalization and beyond was absolutely incredible. Dr. Pascaru's entire staff is always helpful, professional, courteous, and efficient. In summary, Dr. Pascaru is an outstanding physician who hold extremely high standards for herself, the office, and the care of her patients. Dr. Pascaru's support, guidance, and excellent care have been so meaningful and impactful to my family member's overall health. I highly recommend Dr. Pascaru !

Dr. Pascaru has been my cardiologist for many years. Her caring, warm , and thoughtfulness has been the reason for my being able to travel and enjoy life.

Never had a doctor as attentive as Dr Pascaru

I have multiple medical issues and, for me, the manner in which a physician presents him/herself is crucial. Dr. Pascaru is a gift. Her easy and kind nature, her ability to make you feel cared for combined with her clinical skills are superlative. I am, by nature, a fearful person. Doctors used to make me very nervous. Dr. Pascaru has turned that around for me. Due to her rapport with her patients, my fears have subsided and that has carried over to all the physicians I see. Dr. Pascaru is a unique individual. Her concern for her patients is obvious and very reassuring. I would highly recommend her. I believe that she has truly saved my life - literally and metaphorically.
