Dr. Adly Thebaud, MD

Hello! I am a schizophrenic and disabled person that does not drive that has been going to this office for over 15 years! They have kept changing the person I see 4 times and send me to different offices confusing me. First, I saw Dr. Thebaud only once. He wanted me to go to his medical research facility and try a drug they were testing. Luckily when I found out the drugs name and looked it up online, found out men my age and older were having heart attacks from it and sometimes dying of it from previous research of the drug in Germany. I don't think that drug passed the FDA. Then I was passed on to Dr. Romaine who is nice and had her a few years. Then was passed on to Jessica a nurse practitioner who wears tight revealing tops and short dresses or skirts not appropriate for a health care worker serving adolescents and children. Then she passed me on to Fetischa Andrews another nurse practitioner. The last time I saw her I was told if I don't get a blood test they would not give me the… next appointment. They only knew of 2 blood testing facilities and they cost me over $500 for the tests which is over half my monthly income and is over what I pay a month for my trailer lot. I found another doctor and that doctor knows of a guy who will come to your house and do the blood test and Medicare will cover it all. Why did they not know that or know anything about the Good Rx and other discount cards they have to take in their office. They are friendly but not knowledgeable to help a disabled person with a limited income and cannot drive to the blood laboratorys. After 15 years, I feel betrayed by them.

We love all the staff at this office. Especially JoJo. She always makes us feel welcome and takes extra attention with our young son.

I have come to see Lisa for almost three months now. Ms. Jojo has always greeted me with a smile when I come in. I’ve never had a problem with billing or scheduling. She is very knowledgable and always willing to answer questions. I enjoy seeing Lisa, but Ms. Jojo’s great customer service and organization keeps me coming back. Great job!

After calling a number of offices and hearing the standard first appointment is three months out. The office staff worked with me to get my son in what was originally going to be a week and after a cancellation came up became only 3 days. The staff were kind and had excellent customer service skills from the moment we walked into the door. The office was welcoming and non-intimidating. The time the ARNP, Jessica spent with us was unlike any I had ever experienced at any appointment before. She truly listened and did not rush through the appointment, she wasn't rushed to quickly spew out a diagnosis but listened attentively to past history, current situations and concerns. I have myself worked in the Behavioral Health field for over 20 years and the experience we had was unlike any other I have seen. I was thoroughly impressed as I shared with staff as we left the office. Monique and Kim at the Orange City office coupled with the ARNP Jessica, make a great team and are very… welcoming! I would highly recommend this office for quality psychiatric care!
