Dr. Adolfo Randolph Suarez, MD

I want to preface this by saying I loved all of the other doctors in this group. I delivered twins and Dr. Suarez was the doctor on call. I had severe pre eclampsia and was at high risk for bleeding. He did not anticipate this problem, and left the hospital before he should have, and I bled so much I needed two blood transfusions. Plus, even though my babies were small, he let me rip with a fourth-degree tear, the worst possible tear. Then proceeded to sew me up crooked. A poor obstetrician !!

The office is gloomy, and looks as though it’s never cleaned, the front desk is unorganized & unfriendly. You wait up to 3 hours to see him and up to another hour once called back and then he rushes in and out in less than two minutes and barely looks at you or listens. He and his wife share staff and small office for both practices and it shows in incompetence of a over worked unorganized short staff. Avoid!

This Dr and his staff are the worst office I have ever been in and that includes horrible walk in clinics in the worst cities. His support staff is horrendous. They can't even take blood there. You have to go to the hospital to have blood drawn. How can a Dr have an office with no one that can take blood. He does not follow through on anything.

THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

Dr Suarez has earned my respect several times over. He is always busy so be prepared to wait but I promise you the wait is worth it.

I have never seen such an incompetent staff. I am on disability, therefore my.insurance is Medicaid. Which means that getting a simple prescription for acid reflux disease can be difficult. But I have NEVER had a doctor's staff tell me that I need to do the research to determine what they will cover. I was being referred to a specialist and they didn't keep me informed of what was going on with this situation. I have been experiencing having terrible bouts of dizziness. Standing or lying down, it's terrible. This has been going on now for 3-4 months. It's not an ear issue, or.a bladder infection (that's what he told me last time), it has progressively gotten worse. In fact I have a cast on my left hand for a fracture that was caused by a dizzy spell that occured in the night when I had to get up to use the restroom. Also I'm pretty sure that the reason he is SO slow getting to see you because his wife is hardly ever in the office, so he is seeing her kid patients on top of his busy… schedule. They take too long for lunch and close too early.

My family has seen Dr. Suarez for many years with no issues.

Dr. Suarez is a fine family physician. He has gone out of his way to help my family.

Worst office ever!! DO NOT waste your time! I have been going to this office on & of for 7 years now & nothing had changed. The only reason I've went for so long is bc they're less than 5 minutes away & very convenient when you have a sick child. Expect to wait MINIMUM 1-2 hours only for a 5 minute exam. Who wants to sit in an extremely small office with sick people if you're only there for a check up? I've saw both doctors for my children, one with developmental delays, & each time I've never felt so rushed. If you're rushing so much then why is the wait time 1-2 hours?! Definitely not thorough either! Make this your last option if you need a Dr. & please have all day to wait. Thanks in advance!

I think that this is the worst doctor ever. I've been looking into getting a new doctor because going to see Sam is a two hour experience. one hour in the waiting area and one hour in the patient area and you maybe see him for five mins tops. he barely examines you and I feel that he just wants to give you medicine and wants you to leave. Yes I have been going to him for the last 10 years. but it has been as a last resort and it really sucks. and when you are sick and you need to see him. he is NEVER there on Tuesdays and and Thurdays. And they have an awful call Service that they use when they are suppose to be on lunch and they are really in the office. some of the nurses are wonderful people but not all of them. most of them are rude and it's a pain in the butt to get them to do something for you.
