The doctor has always been good to me. I hated that he went MDVIP, and I waited, and hoped that he would come back. No luck! I had to join MDVIP. It is expensive, but it's very difficult to find a good doctor, and I have a great one so I can't let him get away.

I have been a patient of Dr Douglas for about 10 years with no complaints or issues. I requested a prescription renewal but received a replay that he would only refill prescriptions for those that joined MDVIP. I explained that I needed a 30 day supply as I have an appointment with my new doctor in about a month. This is a non narcotic that Dr Douglas prescribed several years ago. I was refused this refill and basically told by the PA that I should have already arranged a new doctor. Unprofessional at the very least.

Very polite and listens. Does not go into detail and when you leave the office, you don't feel accomplished. Hesitant to do diagnostic test. Does not seem to have an interest in getting to the bottom of your illness but moves,on to the next patient leaving you wondering.

Dr. Douglass is a very thorough and straightforward doctor. He listens, and gives you a straight talk diagnosis and opinion. He makes sure that all questions are answered, and is available via telephone if needed.The only negative I would say is the time of wait from the time you are seen by the nurse to when he comes to see you. It takes some time, but in the end, it's worth the wait.

Dr Douglass is very thorough and creates an environment of a family atmospere.
