Dr. Adrian Philip Fontanetta, MD

People say he is rude. I suffered from back issues for over 13 years, going to many doctors who would write me prescriptions for pain medication and send me home. Dr. Fontanetta was referred to me by a coworker whose wife was an MRI technician. They researched all the doctors in NY and Dr. Fontanetta was No. 3 in the COUNTRY. Yes he is direct, and yes he can be curt and abrupt. With that being said you shouldn't choose a surgeon based on his personality. If I had to do it all over again I would still go back to him.

Rude and arrogant would be about the nicest thing I could say. The only nice person was the lady that do the x-rays.

Hands down one of the rudest, condescending, obnoxious doctors I have ever met. From the moment he stepped into the room you instantly got the sense that you were already wasting his precious time. Even the people at the front made you feel like a bother. The only nice people were the x-ray techs, otherwise run the other way from here as long as your knee isnt what's bothering you. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!!!

My primary doc called this office to get an appointment immediately due to my severe knee pain. Was sent over immediately, had to wait a while (which was expected considering the circumstances). Doctor took X-rays gave a diagnosis, but did not push surgery as immediately necessary. Gave me reading material on my condition. Would highly recommend.

This was the single worst experience i have ever had with a doctor , and practice as a whole . Even the ugly girl with the huge eyebrows at the front desk was rude . I would rather die of bone cancer than go back there .
