Dr. Adrian Goss, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Goss for 6 months and I am very happy with his care. He takes a lot of time with me and always listens to my heart and lungs with every visit. He goes over my medications and gives me important information on them. He is prompt, courteous, and really cares. He will not order needless tests, and that saves me time and money!

I would not recommend him to afriend or foe. The waiting time is rediculous and it seems as if everytime I see him, he tends to either forget or do it on purpose.... but he always leaves one script unwritten. If I see this before I leave, the office staff will tell me just to have it called in. This is what he or they always tell me and then they take the longest to get it called in. Sometimes upto a week. All the while, I'm out of that med!! He has recently moved to a new location which just thrills me because its much smaller, the staff is great too. I mean they are on top of it all, too. And friendly as can be, Which is so great after experiencing the stuck up MA's over in Bastrop. So if you're looking for a staff to treat you with dignity, respect, and positivity then this is a nice place to go. Dr. Goss is just not the friendliest in the office and always seems to have other things on his mind. When I go in, he never seems to have enough time for me and he doesnt seem to apprecite… the fact that I could always choose another Dr. But overall, its not all that bad because his staff makes up for it. They do all the work for him anyhow. He only carries around the Prescription Pad! LOL.

Dr. Goss has been my Doctor for several (approx 7-8) years and I have NEVER MET THE MAN ! Every time I go in for an appointment, I see his PA (Thank GOD his former PA finally left, she was TERRIBLE !! She almost let my gall bladder explode while dragging her heels). I point out to his office staff every time I go in that I have never met him, and they all think it is funny. I DON'T think it is funny. Some of the desk staff can be rude or indifferent at times, but his aides and his new PA are very nice and personable. His office does NOT followup with anything, and getting prescriptions out of them if very difficult. Several times they have said they "called something in" to my pharmacy, and when I make the 30 minute trip to get the meds, they are not there (this happens almost EVERY visit). As soon as my insurance is changed, I am going to another Doctor.
