Dr. Adrian E Pulkrabek, DDS

Recently moved into the neighborhood a few years ago. Left our old dentist to come to this one. Dentist Pulkrabek is super friendly and a really awesome guy. As a dentist I could not recommend him. Every visit my mouth would be sore for days which I never experienced before. He did a lot of work I wasn't sure I really needed. Last straw for me was a tooth that continued to give me problems off and on for months after being "fixed". Each time I went in he would xray and tell me he doesn't see any issues. After having my fifth sinus infection (which I rarely get) I went to my best friends dentist for a second opinion. They saw the problem immediately. Not only was the work on my teeth done poorly, but all of my cleanings were not thurough. So now I have to spend quite a bit of money to have everything fixed properly by a specialist. This has caused a lot of financial stress as well as overall trauma when I go to other dental professionals. I really liked him as a person. It's a shame his… work did not follow suit.

I was most impressed with the office and the doctor specifically. He showed compassion and was very professional. I liked the staff too. The whole team made my experience as good as it gets.

The front office was knowledgeable with my insurance. The doctor was friendly and explained everything well. He had an excellent bedside manner. I was so pleased that I referred my coworker. She was pleased as well.

I went in for restorations twice & was injured both times. I will overlook once but if it happens again I will not tolerate a dental professional injuring me during a routine procedure! Hygienist was excellent & hated to lose her services because of this. Did not like staff ad, when I told them I was not returning they continued to call me - repeatedly - to try to get me to reschedule with them =(

I have been going here for a couple of years. They are all very nice and they make an effort to get to know you as a person not just as a random patient.

I always have a good experience here. Wait time to be seen is short and everyone is really nice and professional. Will definitely be going back.

Dr. Pulkrabek first was my dentist and then after a cleaning asked to see my 4 year old son for his first appointment. My son had an exam and cavities between his front two teeth were discovered. Next appointment, he gave him nothing to numb anything, no shots, no meds!! He drilled a hole through the middle of my sons front two teeth as he was screaming and crying and he and his assistant were holding him down. He kept yelling at my son and telling him to stop crying and eventually got so upset and fed up, he through down his tools and said, "I'm done!" and left the room!! He never returned. The assistant apologized and I left the office with my son who was extremely traumatized and still had a hole in between his two front teeth. I had to schedule an emergency appointment at a specialist the following morning for a new dentist to repair the damage Dr. Pulkrabek had caused! Then, Dr. Pulkrabek still had the nerve to send me a bill and charged me for the appointment and "filling… cavity" which he never completed and left my son in so much pain!!! He should be stripped of his license and should NOT be allowed to continue his dental practice!!! Stay away from this man!!!!

An absolutely amazing dentist and staff! My son looks forward to going to the dentist and isn't scared one bit. My fiancee had not been to the dentist in over 15 years and now it's a piece of cake. I love this office and staff and if you are looking for an amazing dentist you have found the right one!

I had some real problems with missing and unhealthy teeth. My experience with Dr Pulkrabek and his staff was excellent! I had lot's of questions which he happily put up with and answered all of them in detail. I now have a beautiful smile and can chew much better. My experience was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend This practice!!!!

Friendly, professional staff. Dr, Pulkrabek took time to get to know me and was very professional/thorough.
