Dr. Adrian Jefferson Thomas, MD

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Thomas and his team. He performed my back surgery, and I honestly haven’t felt this good in almost 20 years! From the first consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, he was professional, caring, and truly listened to my concerns. For years, I lived with constant pain that affected everything I did — from working to simply enjoying time with my family. Dr. Thomas not only gave me relief, he gave me my life back. The results are beyond what I ever imagined possible. If you’re struggling with back pain and considering surgery, I can tell you from experience: you’ll be in the best hands with Dr. Thomas. He’s a skilled surgeon with a genuine heart for his patients. I’m beyond grateful for what he’s done for me!

I was surprised to see this picture of Dr. Thomas smiling. I have never seen him smile at any of my visits. He gives little to no eye contact. Doesn’t seem to understand that I was sent to him because I’m in pain. Nothing worse than not feeling good and being treated disrespectfully.

This “doctor” is very arrogant. I was hoping to find out what was causing my issue, but He made me feel like I was overreacting to the pain I had been having. He actually said the people in the waiting room would be happy to get the 2 week reprieve I had, even though I had been in pain for over 5 months.

I only saw dr. Thomas one time, for an evaluation, I thought, him, kind, patient, very knowledgeable about spine and back stuff, but, most of all he was the kind of doctor you would go back too, you can trust him implicitly...He knows his stuff....

EXCELLENT surgeon. Fixed me for good and I am truly grateful for his talents. He is very caring and honest - he doesn't give vague answers. He knows his stuff and that is probably why I felt so confident in his ability to do Fusion Surgery on 3 Cervical Spine Vertebrae and 2 Degenerative Discs. I walked out of surgery with no pain shooting down my arms and I feel fantastic! Additionally, to illustrate how much he truly cares for his patients, hear this: upon a regular follow up he discovered a large nodule on my thyroid. Not only did he refer me to another surgeon, he personally texted that surgeon immediately to coordinate a visit for me, and had his staff actually schedule a CT scan at my local hospital within days in prepartion for that visit as per the other surgeon. They did not have to do that, yet they did. Dr Thomas and his staff - Stephanie, Alyssa in particular - are amazing and truly caring and I highly recommend you see them.

I had an appointment for a second opinion for my spine and I was so disappointed in this man. he is so arrogant, made me feel like the pain I was feeling was all in my head and there is not a thing wrong with me. I had an MRI done another dr. read it and told me what was going on with me and he said she was wrong. if I ever get that pain again I am to call him . I will have to find another doctor who can help me. he needs to learn how to take care of people. and he said the reason I was in so much pain was my weight. I have weighed this for most of my life. he was rude and insulting I will never recommend him to anyone.

This Dr. is down to earth and has done a remarkable job on eliminating my pain. He deserves a 5 star rating as far as I am concerned. Every one connected @ the Bedford and Nashua locations were wonderful to deal with.

This physician is arrogant and leads you to believe he knows more than he does. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

I would have given him a 5 for his skill alone, but the office he works through is terrible. Thank you again for fixing me Dr Thomas but Bedford neurospine has much room to improve, i personally I think you should have your own practice... The on call Dr I had to deal with tonight was ignorant. If I was just a pill head I would have refused surgery since staying broken would have meant an unending supply of narcotics. Heaven forbid a person still experience pain shortly after surgery and make the mistake of thinking they could stop taking pills too soon.

I should have started with Dr. Thomas at the start. 6 months of needless pain and discomfort was diagnosed and corrected.
