I liked him a lot. Had reviewed X-rays and was very thorough with his explanation. Easy to talk to and listened.

Doc has a ton of experience, personable, professional and a ton of knowledge.

Dr Macey was great as always (repeat customer). Very personable both in the office and in the hospital. Obviously an expert at his craft. Highly recommend!!

I feel Dr. Macey is a great orthopedic doctor. He is a great listener, explains so that you don’t have to be a doctor to understand what he is saying. I did need arthroscopic knee surgery which went wonderful. From the coordination with Elisha who is absolutely amazing and helpful. I totally understood what was being done and after surgery Dr Macey made sure I had a total understanding, of his findings and what was done. I was a pest to Elisha however she never made me feel I was bothering her. She did go above and beyond in all aspects prior to and after surgery to help me understand and make me feel better. I rate Dr. Macey’s Team a solid 5 without a doubt.

Checked in and did not wait long to be called. Got X-rays quickly on my knees. Seen doctor Macey and he was great! He listened to me and was very personable. Got a cortisone shot and was on my way. Very quick visit. Thank you, Dr Macey

My visit with Dr. Macy was fantastic dr. Macy has operated on my right hip now he’s going to do my left hip. He did my back he’s gonna do my right knee. The man is amazing.

Dr Macey's attention to detail and prevention of infection is extraordinary. He has a great demeanor and is easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Dr Macey for anyone that needs orthopedic care.

I trust Dr Macey explicitly. His years of experience comfort me. I do like hearing about other patients' (without names of course) reactions and experiences with surgery, and without. Dr Macey explains clearly to me in layman's terms, and I enjoy our chats about non-medical things, helping me further to relax and trust. (The checkin process at the Bedford location, however, has always been slow in my experience, requiring one to stand for a long time - for me, on bad legs)
