Do not get this dr get other one better

It took 2 weeks to make an appointment. They never found the medical history they made me send through fax. Staff clueless, and rude. The doctor read the wrong lab work and never came back apologized . He said I was fine but prescribed me medications. Tried fixing the issue to know what where my correct results.. nope never helped me. I was expecting a good doctor and staff.

Dr Ugarte is a great caring listner. Who will work until he finds the right combinations of the medication that you need to make you feel better and improve whatever condition you might have. He always takes the time to listen to your concerns and will spend as much time as necessary in the examining room to make sure you and him both agree about the best course of action for treatment. I recommend Dr. Ugarte to anyone for your entire family. Some of the staff however can be difficult at times to work with. They have a policy of arrival 20 minutes prior to your appointment and sometimes your there long enough to get your blood pressure high before you go in to see him. They are not very friendly on the phone and its almost impossible to change your appointment once is set for a certain time. It can also be very difficult to get them to relate a meassage to the doctor that you need prescription called in for refill. They are really bad about not calling you back to update you.
