Compassionate and knowledgeable and feel comfortable in her presence. So glad I have come to her care.

My recent visit was good. To speak more on my many experiences with Dr. Schaufelberger... It's hard to know where even to begin. Dr. S has helped me through so much. Switching to her from my previous OBGYN was night & day. I went from not being taken seriously to someone who truly listened. She has always shown me kindness & respect. She's the type of doctor who will hold your hand when you're scared. She has always believed me & let me have a say in my care. She has even taken time to check on me personally with a phone call at home. Dr. S has seen me through alot... laparoscopic surgery, issues w/fibroids & cysts, high risk pregnancies, hyperemisis.. .a c-section & hysterectomy. When I needed immediate care she would always make sure to fit me in with her and/or her fellow team members for surgery, IV fluids... ultrasounds - you name it. I am grateful for her outstanding care & kindness. I have been a patient of hers going on around 9 or 10 years now and I highly recommend her.

She medically discriminates against poor women. My daughter is terrified of her and retaliation since she is working in the same clinic my daughter is a patient at. My daughter went through 30 hours of labor and daughter was coerced to do manual dilation. My daughter ended up with placental abruption, my daughter and newborn granddaughter almost died due to her incompetence. My daughter hadn't even held her newborn daughter yet when Dr. Schaufelberger can to her room in the middle of the night and said "I told you so". This woman has a severe God complex. Terrible bedside manner. Beware of this Doctor

Dr Schaufelberger is the best doctor. She truly cares about you and will do anything and everything she can to help you. I wish I knew where she went to because i miss her so much!

Dr Schaufelberger seems nice enough. I question her abilities as a physician. I went to Dr. Schaufelberger after having abnormal paps. I then had a colposcopy and biopsy showing I may have some mild dysplasia. She wanted me to have a very invasive LEEP procedure right away. I said no. She had me come back 6 months later for another colp and biopsy which had the same results. She insisted I have a LEEP. After much persuasion I gave in and had a LEEP. Turns out it was completely unnecessary and I am now having more issues as a result of this procedure. My results showed absolutely no dysplasia which I am thankful for but it cost me quite a bit of money even after my insurance paid part of the bill and the emotional,physical and mental anguish that I went through for the procedure was completely unnecessary. Unless you enjoy having unnecessary medical procedures on your female parts I would take my business elsewhere.
