I was Dr. Rice's patient and a little concerned about having to see a new doctor. But, after seeing Dr. Wechsler for several appts, all of my concerns are gone. She's a great physician! Change is difficult but I have been reassured that I will get the same treatment that I received before.

I wasn't overly pleased with the Diabetes America experience prior to being schlepped to Dr. Wechsler (they're rather impersonal and you feel like you're in a mill), but now that I've seen her I will NEVER go back. Worse than just a flat bedside manner, she won't return calls to either patients or pharmacies. Very frustrating--and scary that a doctor would have so little concern about her patients, especially ones with a critical condition like diabetes!
