Dr. Adrienne Rencic, MD

Dr Rencic used to be very good and thought before the pandemic. I just went to a visit after it and am very disappointed with the time she spent with me, instructions given , as well as the results of treatment that was done. I called to leave a message asking why my spots were not gone after treatment and was told someone would call me after 24 to 48 hours, but it didn’t happen. When I called and talked to the front desk, I was told to go back and pay for another fee so she can fix what was not done properly. The front desk went on to say that the practice had been sold and now pricing is different. Very disappointed and will probably look for another practice because even though I believe she is a good doctor, I feel she is not doing as good of a job as before and only caring about money.

Very disappointing. Don't waste your time and money here. She will give you a full skincare exam before you've had a chance to blink. Her assistant is always rushing her along, and she doesn't take the time to listen to concerns and answer questions. I seriously question whether some of these excellent reviews are legit.

When I first went to this office, many years ago, Dr Rencic was very attentive. My last appointment, over a year ago, was very disappointing. When there was a growth on my body, I was told she couldn't remove due to insurance and audits. WHAT? May I remind you, you are a doctor. What does insurance and audits have to do with you performing your job? The bill I received was totally out of line for the service received and I let them know. They promptly sent me all my records. I guess they are not interested in improving there practice.

Dr. Rencic prescribed me the same medication multiple visits in a row after having called and told her in person that the medicine was wreaking havoc on my skin. After complaining a fifth time, she gave me some samples..of the SAME medicine! Also asked her about a growth which she told me was a wart and froze multiple times, only to find out from another doctor that it's an abnormal growth and needs to be tested. Not only did she ruin my skin and misdiagnose a growth, but she charged me for every procedure even after asking her to try something else. Feel like I was scammed out of my money, and in worse condition than before I saw her. She does NOT care about patient welfare, only about seeing as many patients as possible and making money.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and pleasant. With both a Ph.D. and an MD, she will research situations for additional followup, which she shares with patients. At least six of my West Chester neighbors also see her regularly; we regard her as "our" doctor.

A wonderful doctor - I have great faith in her - she is a lovely person.

She missed a spot on me during a check, when i have already had basal cell cancer, she claimed she couldn't remove a mole, which I had removed at another derm with no issues. I called to get my 8 yr old son an appt and was told it was only possible to see him in 5 mos even though his pediatrician said he could have a melanoma. Her office person was absolutely heartless on the phone.

EXCELLENCE PERSONAFIED

Dr Rencic is a great person. I arrived too late for an appointment after a death in the family. Saw her outside the building as I was rushing in. She took one look at me, saw what the condition was and sent a prescription to the pharmacy. How nice and caring was that!

Dr. Rencic was helpful and attentive but her staff were terrible! From the front desk until you arrive at your room where the rudest young woman interviews you while looking you up and down the entire time. I choose to leave the practice because of her very poor staff!
