Adrienne Marie Serneels, MD

The manager of this office was very rude and unprofessional when calling in regards to a patients need. She was very dismissive didn’t and care to listen.

My late wife was disabled for the last 14 1/2 years of her life. She had developed a number of serious medical conditions and it seemed there was always something new to deal with. About three years before her death, my wife chose Dr. Serneels for her primary care. During that time, my wife got THE BEST healthcare EVER. Dr. Serneels and her entire staff always went above and beyond. Dr. Serneels level of knowledge was SO far above the other doctors my wife had that we were amazed. She seemed to always have insight and ideas, when my wife developed symptoms of a new condition, and was always able to order the right tests, track down the problem, and prescribe the appropriate medicines. In addition, she and her staff were the friendliest and most engaged we EVER encountered. They truly treat all their patients like family. I would give Dr. Serneels five HUNDRED stars, if possible.
