I have been seeing Dr.Kuliev for over 2 years and I have felt so taken care of and treated with such respect. He has always explained everything to me in detail. His Office staff are so great you feel like you are great friends. It’s actually a pleasure to go to the doctor ! Margie Matetzschk

He has changed. His waiting room is empty as opposed to what it used to be. He’s very qualified but interrupts and doesn’t listen to you. I don’t know what’s changed in his practice but he is no longer the doctor he used to be. His office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I recommended him to a friend and she agrees and has left him also. What a loss to the medical field.

Dr Kuliev takes his time listening to all my concerns. He is very respectful and has the best bedside manners.

Really bad staff. Extremely rude receptionist named Maria, she is a lofty, proud woman, who mistreats patients, and has no good feelings. Not professional at all!
