What Dr huang first said to me when she entered the room was the patients can't see her without a referral, which is not necessary to mention regarding any examination and of course not after when a patient waited for two months to see her. After doing the routine(eye pressure, etc.), Dr huang just took out the laser surgery flyer saying if I was interested. And she EXPLAINED how to use the eye drop. I'm NOT here to learn HOW TO USE EYE DROPS. Those things are on internet too. I wanted to know about my own eye conditions. She asked me about symptoms I had, but she never explained regarding my symptoms. She also asked if I had any questions, but she was annoyed or ignored my questions. Why I wanted to see her was she was old but I thought she would have had long time experience and knowledge so that would had been helpful, but she was only arrogant and just couldn't be bothered to answer and be attentive, because she wouldn't be able to help the patients with the symptoms whatsoever.

she is highly credentialed and this contributes to her easy manner and lack of ego around patients. she uses state of the art equipment she is not "owned" by any particular drug company or equipment vendor
