Dr. Mikael C Monson, MD

After being passed around by a couple of glum assistants, it was well over an hour by the time I was seen by the Dr. He didn't ask any questions about what prompted my visit - nor any insights to some of the questions I asked. As part of the exam, they dilated my pupils and failed to ask if I needed eye protection. I could barely see to drive, and was wishing i had a pair of the disposable sunglasses to wear over my own. I want a more consultative Dr. and will look elsewhere and would advise others to look elsewhere too.

After years of wearing glasses, Dr. Monson's expertise has enabled me to see without glasses with cataract removal and eye implants. A truly outstanding doctor and I highly recommend him.

I went into see Dr. Monson on a Friday as I was leaving town and Dr. Jones wasn't available. Dr Monson spent 5 seconds looking in my eye and said it was a sty. I have a history of Iritus and tells me a sty. Very poor practitioner . I would never go back to him.

Dr Monson was exceptional. I had some severe pain in my left eye. He diagnosed it right away and gave me some drops. It was awesome to have my eye feel better. He was very confident and competent. I am returning soon for my normal eye exam. I would highly recommend him.
