Dr. Agnes A Jimenez, MD

I love this doctor. She is so easy to talk to. I feel like she is my best friend and confidant. She's so real. So down to earth. I'm so sorry she is leaving Lahey. I don't know where she is going, but I hope that I can follow her wherever she goes. She is the doctor who found my Pheo. I left a previous primary care physician because was no help at all. I was having shooting pain into my head while at the same time my heart was pounding like it was going to jump out of my chest. He went so far as to cancel my appointment and refer me to another physician. The other physician was puzzled as to why my primary wasn't following up. I found Dr. Jimenez who found my Pheo. If it wasn't for her, I would not be here now. She dug and dug and dug until she found out what was wrong. She said to me "It is my job as your primary care physician to find out what is going on." Dr. Jimenez holds a special place in my heart.

I LOVE Agnes! I have been seeing her for quite a few years now. She is very personable and professional.

I have been a RN for twenty years, working with surgeons and medical doctors daily. I appreciate her care as a patient, and would recommend her to patient as a four star doctor.

Neither physician or np's return calls in a timely fashion. Presented with a potentially serious health condition requiring diagnostic testing which was not scheduled immediately and without proper instructions, resulting in testing having to be delayed. When a new appointment was communicated to me, it was in conflict with what the hospital scheduled and last minute. Upon arrival at the hospital for the second appointment I was advised the office told me to be there on the wrong day/time. Every time I call the office nobody returns my calls or follows up. They didn't call back when I informed them I continued to be symptomatic, became defensive towards me, and didn't even ask me how I was feeling or ask me to come in to be checked or advise on next steps. Needless to say, I will be searching for a new provider.

Dr. Agnes took her time went over all my concerns as there were many. Gave options for treatment and made me feel as if I was managing my health with her. She worked with referrals and how I should chose doctors that were needed. I felt much more in control of my life. Thank you+--------------------------------------

Dr. Jimenez has always been able to get me an appointment when I needed one. I have multiple health issues, and she has always been prepared for my visits, able to refer me out as necessary, really listens to me, and has on multiple occasions personally called me after office hours to give me test results or check on me. She is by far the best primary care doctor I have had yet.
