Incompetence, doesn't care ,should retire.

I am diabetic and have acute kidneys deease waited three hours in crowed waiting room to see her. That is ridiculous.

This Dr has a horrible bedside manner. She gives you pills before she finds out the problem. Her staff is ignorant and doesn't do there jobs with patients referrals, tests results, prescriptions. The receptionist is very rude to people when they come in. Overall they are a horrible Dr office. Highly recommend not to go there.

First of all I want to say I have been a patient for a long time and knew her before I was a patient of hers. She as a person and Doctor us great. The problem I have had is with her office personnel. I don't know if she even knows herself but they are very rude! They rarely answer the phone almost never, sometimes you get lucky in the morning but afternoon forget it, and btw their lunch is between 12-230 pm!!! No one will answer the phone during that time and generally not for the rest of the afternoon! My biggest complaint is the wait times. It doesn't matter what time your appointment is it's at least a two hour plus wait before you're called back, absolutely ridiculous! I feel so bad for these poor week and feeble elderly sitting here for so long! I hear nothing but patients complaining about wait times. So just know appointment times mean nothing whatsoever! Another issue I have is how run down the place is. Window blinds in disarray, air conditioning is inadequate during the… summer, so they have an oscillating fan that you hope kind of pints your way occasionally. Restroom is behind a locked door that they have to buzz you in like it's a prison! This office will not follow up with you on things like lab results so better hope its nothing life threatening. Again the worst part is her rude staff!

Difficult getting someone to answer and call back. Closed for a long time for lunch. Numerous calls made to get test results. Not notified when test results are bad. Difficult time explaining physical problems to doctor when she is constantly in computer and is typing UK. Problem with labs charging for lab tests that ins normally pays for because wrong diagnosis codes were given. Staff rude, don't listen well at all, apparently don't give doctor my messages or? Appointments I wait cause doctor at hospital doing ? Bars on windows with no releases - how do you get out in case of a fire? but, she is nice to me...I'm concerned about the rest though.

Worst Doctor's office I have ever been to. The staff is unhelpful, responds to phone messages days later. Seen two hours after scheduled appointment every time.

Dr. Agnes Quion is very nice to my mother, who has her as her primary Dr. She prefers a female Dr. and with her insurance, it is difficult to find another. She is nice, but scheduling appointments or requesting medication is difficult. She will leave her office, with patient appointments, at odd times during business hours, I heard another patient say she visits patients who are at the hospital during those times. I can understand and appreciate that, but why schedule an office appointment if she won't be there? She doesn't always remember the background of patient's past visits, but reminding her helps as she looks through charts and her computer that she carts around into each room. Occasionally her husband will assist in the office, as he is a Dr. as well, but as I mentioned before, my mother goes to her because she prefers a female Dr., which is very understandable. I am not overly impressed with wait times and how patients are taken care of by the Dr., but my mom is content, sort… of, so we press on, regardless, but I am always looking for other female providers that take my mom's insurance in the HD.

My mom was in the hospital. I am an intelligent person that is familiar with science and the body. When this lady FINALLY decided to show up, she grabbed my moms chart and let me know WITHOUT examining here that she had congestive heart failure. I started asking educated questions about what specific syptoms she was having, what led her to diagnose her with this, and if the symptoms she was having could be similar to a similar less serious condition. I'll never forget how she rolled her eyes at me, cut me off and said," You know, I haven't taken my lunch break yet, I'm starving, and I really don't have time to answer any of your questions today, MAYBE tomorrow if I have time". UNBELIEVABLE!!!! It is NOT my problem or my mom's that you haven't had lunch lady, nor am I interested in your problems when you just diagnosed my mom with a terminal condition. She slammed the chart down and walked away. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! So my mom took her money elsewhere and stopped paying this LAZY doctor.… Oh and in case you are wondering, mom had bronchitis and her heart is perfectly fine....STUPID LAZY DOCTOR...

She doesn't return her calls! My BP shot up and called her. Left message....didn't get a call back or 10 hours. Her staff is rude, unless you are Filipino. She needs to send her staff to some sort of costomer service school. Could tolerate her if I had to, but won't go back because of the staff!
