Dr. Agnes Effiong Ubani, MD

Boston doctors both Ubani and Dr Torres. Both are very caring and understanding professionals I noticed a lot of comments say how her steps can be rude unfortunately yes that's true at times but worth putting up with it for two good doctors I recommend her practice to anyone looking for a new PCP.

Dr. Ubani is amazing, I have had other primary doctors, none compare to her when comes to listening. Dr. Ubani listen and pay attention to you. I have been at my BEST health in her care. The only reason I stopped going to her. She was out of network. I am back with her now. Love the care I receive from her.

I was with Dr. Ubani for over 10 years. Now she has a policy that requires you pay for FMLA paperwork to be completed. I called to discuss this with her but she never returned my calls and put my care in the hands of her nurse practitioner and other doctor on staff to avoid me. Needless to say I’ve been in the hospital for extended stays due to her lack of care and compassion for me as a long term patient. Now I am searching to find a doctor who takes my well being seriously.

A first time patient, as I had to change primary doctors very quickly, I feel so blessed to have fallen under the care of Dr. Ubani. I have underlying medical conditions, which I did not know she could or would address with me, yet she did. Took the time to hear me and talk to me. After only one visit to her, she changed my life in such a positive way, I have not felt as well as I do now in a very long time. If you are looking for a primary care doctor, I cannot recommend Dr. Ubani high enough. From walking into her office, her staff is gentle and caring to walking out and feeling great.!!

Dr. Ubani is a very attentive, caring, and well informed doctor. I have never left her office feeling like I don't have answers to my questions. She is very patient and passionate about her patients. All my family goes to her practice because we trust her expertise and her caring nature. I highly endorse her if you don't have a doctor and you are looking for one in the Tampa area. She is absolutely the best! I've had many primary doctors before her and no one compared to her.

She’s patient, listens to ALL of my concerns and has great bedside manner overall. I highly recommend.

The Staff are well educated. I have heard some staff speaking negative about other patients.

Dr. Ubani is a very nice and professional doctor. HOWEVER, her staff is awful. Most of the times they are very rude. Very rarely have the called to follow up with test results, I have to call them. And whatever you do, do not let them send you to Dr. Torres. His bedside manner is terrible. He put things in your record with speaking to you first. Then argue with you when you call him on it and says those were questions the nurse asked you, which they did not. I am looking for a new doctor after going to Dr. Ubani for over 5 years.
