Dr. Agustin Carlos Sanz

On Nov 9, 2021, I had a scheduled appointment for 3:45 with Dr. Sanz. I arrived about 3:30, signed in, but was not able to see Dr. Sanz until 4:45!. Poor scheduling. Is my time worth nothing?

Best doctor I ever went to! And, I am 74 years old and have had a variety of good and bad doctors!

Doctor Sanz Will not call a patient back to go over results. As a matter of fact, I sent a few messages via patient portal to him, and never got a reply from him either. My Labs were slightly off, and I would have still liked to have gone over them with him. The actual physical exam was not even close to thorough. I had a decent amount of wait time, And then probably spent about 10 minutes with the doctor! They are more interested in money than care. I will not return, And I do Not recommend this Facility. It's unfortunate...

Consistley run an hour behind their appointment times. Schedule so tightly to get as much cash as possible. Horrible experience

A doctor should listen to their patients. To hear about the person saying that the doctor said the patient had a cold and besides that scheduling him with a P.A. If you the doctor have to many patients, please don't take anymore. Bedside manners are very important and knowing how to treat your patients is highly as well. . Everyone working at this facility even the scheduling department will determine if other new or old patients will continue to come to this facility.

I wish I felt the same way that others feel about Dr Sanz. I went in for my annual exam..I had ear pain,headache,and felt poor. I have a history of COPD, and gave Dr Sanz a copy of the carotid artery test when I started with him 2 years ago. He did not do the exam. He said I had a cold coming. He then rescheduled me with his P.A. for my exam. On 1/1/17..I had a stroke (tia) on the right side. I was taken to Lawwood and operated on with 90% blockage on the right side. According to Dr Gonzales (surgery) it was a bad surgery. Not everything is a cold and flu. At the time I started with Dr Sanz, the Lifeline test showed 80% blockage.He said he did not believe in these tests. Should another one have been done?? I wish it was.

Dr. Sanz is a caring and experienced physician. He never rushes our appointments and takes the time to ask thorough questions! He is always patient when explaining himself and always has the right answer to my many questions! I put my full trust in his hands! I get the royal treatment with Dr. Sanz and I can't imagine going to any other physician.

My husband and I have been with Dr Sanz for many years. He has always provided excellent care for both of us but especially for my husband who had several health issues. Dr. Sanz provided follow-up and continued care after every hospital stay and operation my husband had. He has called us personally on a Sat. when a test result required it. He provided support for me when things were tough especially when I lost my husband. I will continue to recommend Dr. Sanz to anyone that needs a doctor.

I came to visit doctor Sanz and was greatly impressed with how clean and inviting the Office was.The Staff was very welcoming and helpful with all my Needs.When I met Doctor Sanz I was impressed how thorough he was with my exam and how attentive he was to all my concerns and Questions.I would highly recommend Doctor Sanz at Main Heart and Family with complete confidence.

DR. SANZ, IS A GREAT DOCTOR! YES HIS PAST STAFF WAS HORRIBLE.. HE HAS NEW STAFF NOW AND SO FAR SO GOOD, I WOULDNT CHANGE HIM FOR ANY OTHER DOCTOR I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!! KUDOS TO DOCTOR SANZ...........
