I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctorâ??s office. My first contact was with Merry and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting back to me! Now on to the appointmentâ?¦ my appointment ran on time, Dr Kayass was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I would highly recommend this doctor

I totally trust his judgement. He has been my daughters pediatrician since she was born and he has never steered us wrong and his new staff especially the nurse practitioner in his mesquite office are a great addition to his office.

It was easy to make an appointment, but the waiting area in this office is extremely small. The staff is not very prompt and they are extremely rude. The doctor lacks a bedside manner, is not very friendly, and seems like he does not care for children. I have no idea why he is a pediatrician....he does not care to engage with little ones, specially babies/toddlers..I made an appointment for my babie's four month shots, and i told the staff when she was turning four months old. They still scheduled the appointment two days before she was four months, and when i went to the appointment, after waiting more than ONE HOUR to be seen, I was told by the doctor himself that the shots could not be given to my daughter until she turned four months on the day of or after the day. He then said, i can give her the shots today, and then again on the day she turns four months or after???!! I was dumbfounded..what kind of doctor makes such a comment????
