Horribly ran clinic. You have to leave a voicemail each time you call. NEVER responds to voicemails. Ignores refill requests for life saving meds. Ignores pharmacy requests for refills. Ignores medical records requests when you have no choice to find another neurologist.

Was pleasant enough but tried to tell me my epilepsy was cured when it never is. Didn’t care to see previous neurologist medical records. Tried to prescribe meds for unlabel uses.

His bedside manner is friendly and courteous. He answers all questions well when asked. He did several initial diagnostics to see if they could figure out my problem. His staff is friendly and prompt on medication refills and any telephone questions.

Staff is unprofessional!!

Dr. Al-Khatib and staff went above and beyond for me. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. He goes out of his way to ensure other medical professionals are performing needed tests in a fast and efficient manner when needed. I have nothing but good things to say about him and the staff. Went beyond my expectations. We need more like him.

He is very thorough and answers your questions when he can. I have been going to him for several years and treats me for my seizures.

Dr. Al has always been professional, prompt and efficient. His staff are very professional and listen to the patient needs. Only once have I waited past my appointment time. And he was tied up on an emergency. He apologized profusely and sincerely.

He and his staff set the bar for all other Neurology and Neurosurgery clinics.

The office is most efficient with minimal waiting time. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He clearly explains his findings and recommendations. I highly recommend him if you need to see a neurologist in NW Arkansas.

If you are a patient who has suffered with migraine pain I strongly suggest you seek another doctor. Initial appoint went well but follow up treatment has been a nightmare. The ladies on staff when you call seem very unpersonable and treat you like you are wasting their time. So much so i brought up the behavior with the Doctor. I have been a patient for around nine months and since that time have had to wait 5 days multiple times to hear back from the doctor and the whole time suffering from a migraine. When i ask for help they very quickly suggest reffering me to another specialist instead of asking me to come in. This leads to having to wait multiple weeks and more money . You would have better luck getting help from a walk in clinic or an ER. Trust me I know since instead of seeing me that is where they would send me. Please try other doctors before putting yourself through what I have expeirenced.
