Nurses are beyond rude and hateful. Count on waiting well beyond appt time to get your BP checked and another hour to be seen. If you are there for a procedure, once you finally get called back (have had to wait as long as three hours) it is sub- freezing and you will not be offered a blanket. Be prepared and take your own. Nurses there are ever worse. Just cold hearted. I heard that they receive many complaints about staff but director of facility does not care.

Team was VERY misleading about our cost of procedures. We were assured what they were doing was covered by our insurance, and our only cost was our copay, only to receive a bill for almost $800. When asking about anesthesia, we were told that it was included as part of the procedure and they do not bill extra for it - a blatant lie based on the bill we just received! I work in a medical office and I am absolutely appalled that something would be SO misrepresented. I specifically asked about whether things needed preauthorization and what our responsibility would be and was REPEATEDLY assured they took care of all of that and all we were responsible for was the copay for the office visits. 100% NOT TRUE. Shame on you!!!!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Rafi now for almost a year with excruciating back and neck pain. I also hv a double curved spine and degenerative disc disease. I was barely able to get around and constantly taking pain meds before seeing him. He looked at all my medical notes and actually had me go to St Mary’s for updated X-rays. He told me I had horrible arthritis all through my back and neck….and don’t see that kind of arthritis in people my age. He explained to me the injections he would be giving me and why he was giving them in certain areas. Yes….he has a nurse in there that does the scheduling for him but he’s there for any questions or concerns that you might have and I’ve asked him questions in which he’s always answered so I can understand what’s going on. They hv had some issues with the young staff members that need to take a few courses on hospitality and the importance of how to communicate with their patients…..but now he’s gotten some older staff members in there that I… believe are doing a much better job. There’s still 1 or 2 in the back that need to be replaced but even so……I would recommend this doctor to anyone who has chronic pain!

My son goes here for treatment. All staff is extra nice to him. Turn lights off and move him to a lower noise area if possible. We have had some relief for migraine. He keeps trying different areas of nerve blocks. He told us up front that migraines are hard to treat.

This doctor is a joke! I would not take my worst enemy to him, we'll I might. Lol. He completely dropped the ball on me, he should not even be practicing medicine. I've went to this Clinic before name changed for 13 years, so I do know what I'm talkin about. do not go here! pick any other place but here with Doctor Rafi cuz you will regret it!! ?????? so sorry for my own experience, if anyone at that clinic would have let me speak to doctor Covey he would have explained my condition to dr. Rafi but no one will let me speak to doctor covey and he is still over it. All I can say is beware, please, don't go here, choose anywhere else. And Dr Covey you can call me if you want to know what happened, not hiding, my number still same as on paperwork. Norma Lynn! The Clown Dr.Rafi and his Secretary K. Thompson, the dynamic duo! They referred me back to my PCP after I had gone through every step and hurdle to get my pain pump. I had gone to this clinic for over 6years and was never short on my monthly meds until they took me off the fentanyl patch, and I begged them to continue to provide me enough pain relief so I could continue to work while they set up my appointment with the neurosurgeon and they refused so I was a couple days short the last 3 times his secretary Thompson saw me and already had my letter of being fired ready for me. It really happened because Rafi insisted to give me morpheme during my pain pump test and I tried several times to tell that man I was allergic to it! He finally yelled at me so I said alright . He insisted it was a new improved morpheme long story shot after the procedure I got home and slept for several hrs woke up with whelps all over my body! On the following visit I complained to his secretary and told her… what had happened and she’s like Oh.. That’s all she said and the month laters return visit they fired me! I asked about my pain pump and was told it wasn’t their problem. Last but not least the whole time I saw this man I never got an appointment to sit and meet with him. It was always his secretary K Thompson. I had brought that up many times over there as well but it fell on def ears! They were only good at milking my Insurance with procedure I didn’t need but was afraid to decline due to feeling intimidated that they would stop providing me my pain prescriptions. I’m working on dates and statements now so I can provide them to the State Medical Board!!

My PCP was giving me my hydrocodone but said pain MANGGEMENT can up my meds our change to something stronger so I'm hoping he continues to give me my meds like my PCP I've been one mouth without them and I so need my meds so hurting bad this want be a promblem I hope. I'm in lots of pain hope he's a good one

He told me none of my pain was real & would not even let me discuss all six of my diseases. He doesn't take women's healthcare seriously. He stated none of my diseases should be treated by pain management, but I was referred there by multiple doctors who had done all they could. These doctors also have higher expertise than this pathetic excuse of a doctor. His nurses were also rude, and argued against a federal, statistical study. When I asked for their names to file a complaint, the nurse shoved the door into my pelvis/abdomen, where I had just told them my excruciating pain was. Do not waste your time or money! They will ridicule you if your disabilities are not visible.

Just wanted to tell everyone how much I appreciate them. When I first barley walked in the office I couldn’t move my head and in severe pain and pain all down my back. I have Crohn’s disease and suffer so much pain! Dr rafi is great! I can now move my neck without pain and so on. He listens to what is going on and helps you understand what they are discussing and what is needed to be done! I’m forever grateful for him and his staff! Just wanted to tell them I thank You!

This dr is beyond rude and does not listen. He is a bully and will accuse you of being an addict or drug dealer. He is not hear a word that I had to say after being in his office for 3 hrs waiting. Do not use this horrible and unethical Doctor.
