Ahmed Kandiel, MD

The doctor shamed me for stopping medication 8 years ago after I met with 2 GI doctors out of state that supported it. This doctor shared his very narrow perspective without fully understanding my health. Super disappointing.

I have hDr. Kandiel treat me inpatient. He was not clear in communicating diagnosis, treat options or available for questions and concerns. Dr. Kandiel also performed a procedure on me and did not use enough sedation. Instead of stopping to correct this he continued even though I was physically struggling. I will ask for a different doctor every time he is assigned to me.

Was impressed with the professionalism of the staff from the front reception desk to all of the nurses and techs working at MN Gastro Eagan location. Was not impressed with Ahmed Kandiel, MD bedside manner and would choose not to return to him for any consults or procedures.
