I was given directions by this Dr.'s PA, and it was different than what she instructed when I went to the pharmacy. Have been trying to clarify this discrepancy with no follow up or response from Dr. Maki. I have left messages for him for over 2 weeks, and he does not respond to messages. This is very unprofessional. The phones ring for a long time. Yet no one gets back to you or even looks into your healing. Good thing I am not dyeing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT CARE!!!

I was suffering from a clogged nose ever since I can remember. I had Ahmed perform turbinate reduction surgery to straighten my airway. He gave me honest advice saying I shouldn't add plastic surgery on top of my procedure If I was not ready or didn't feel right. The procedure was fast and I healed with great speed. He said he would become famous if all his patients healed as fast as I did. The check up with camera was fast, constrast to the long drive and wait time. When I mentioned i expected more than having him sticking a camera into my nose less than 15 sec, he said "what else do you want? Tap dance?". Doctor can be funny too, and I highly recommend Ahmed.

If there’s a zero star I will give it to this Doctor. The front desk people and him are very unprofessional. They’re letting the patients to wait for hours and catering patient who missed their visits a day before so they will push back patients who are scheduled that day. What’s worst is the interaction with this Doctor, he was staring at the computer the whole time and explaining the diagnosis for 5 minutes?! Will you consider it an interaction? I think there’s no ICD 10 code for a 5 minutes MD visit.

I had balloon sinus surgery in the office with Dr Maki and couldn't be happier with my results. He was thorough and it was virtually painless. Highly recommend
