SAVED MY LIFE BACK IN 2008, HAD TRIGLYCERIDE LEVEL OF 6500, YES 6500 - SHE PUT ME IN ICU, THREE WEEKS LATER I WAS BACK HOME, MIRACLE MAYBE, BUT HER CARE AND INVOLVEMENT IN GETTING ME THE BEST CARE SAVED MY LIFE. ALMOST 8 YEARS LATER, AND IT SEEMS LIKE A DREAM - THANKS DR. CHEN FOR CARING SO MUCH!

Wonderful experience

The front desk is HORRIBLE! Probably the rudest I have ever had to deal with in all professions. When you try to call to make an appointment you get rudely hung up on because as the lady Karen at the desk states... "She is very busy". If you are fortunate enough to get spoken to, the lack of understanding of the english language gets you so frustrated you take what you can get which is usually not what you wanted. It is a shame that you have to go through so much nonsense because the doctor is actually very good, knowledgeable and compassionate. Hopefully she doesn't lose patients due to her front desk staff.

Worst Service ever Doctor is not responsive the secretary does not speak English

The entire office staff are extremely rude, including over the phone, trying to get anything through them is a real pain. First you have to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours past your appointment. Then when you are finally brought into the back you have to wait again for a half hour for the doctor to come in. When the doctor comes in she doesnt understand half the things you tell her and she isnt very polite with what she wants to tell you. As for privacy you better forget it the walls are extremely thin, and the doctor will use you as an example when talking to other patients. Furthermore she will also talk to any family members that are seeing her as patients as well about all the private matters that you discussed as a doctor patient trust. Unfortunately to say she is not someone I would recommend and I highly suggest you seeing someone else right away. Trust me she is definitely not worth the hassle or the pain you will feel walking away and leaving the office

I never got in to see Dr. Chen herself because her secretary is very rude and hung up on me mid sentance. This was the 3rd time she had done this because she did not want to answer any questions. Even if Dr. Chen is great, her secretary will ruin her practice!!

The woman at the front desk is rude and it is not easy making appointments and even worst changing appointments.

I have been dealing with health challenges for over sixteen years been to more doctors that I would have like so I say this with full assurance I am very impressed with Dr. Chen. She showed understanding of my chronic illnesses. Dr. Chen listened and answered every question I had to the best of her knowledge. She showed compassion, validated my pain and I left feeling hope that this doctor will help me to fight the good fight of living with my illnesses. Her receptionist, Karen seemed pleasant enough in person however over the phone it's difficult to communicate with her due to her strong accent and the possibility of the lack of understanding English properly. Dr. Chen's assistant, Gabrielle was nice and assisted in getting me the necessary information for the doctors that Dr. Chen referred me to. I am confident that when I see Dr. Chen again she will be just as helpful as she already has been.

Making or changing appointments is difficult and the lady in the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. She should not be working there.
