Dr. Aileen Heras-Herzig

Dr. Herras-Herzig truly listens to you when you have visits. She wants to get to know you, what is holding you back from what you want to achieve, for me this is weight loss, and works to understand how she can medically help you. She will be upfront and honest about the work you need to do to make things happen but she wants to help. I have been seeing her for over a year now and have seen great results and feel better for it! I highly recommend going to see her if you have the need and giving her recommendations a chance.

I waited 55 minutes to be seen by the doctor. She walked in shook my hand introduced herself. This was the the extent of the visit. She stared at the computer screen almost the entire time she was there. I am diagnoised with hypothyroid and diabetes 2. She said she was ordering a TSH test. I told her my throat felt swollen. She didn't act like she cared. I then asked her to look at it. She felt my throat and told me to come back in 3 months. She didn't seem concerned about my diabetes. No A1c tests not 1 question about this issue. I will not return to her because I felt she was very snobbish and rude. I also think she should have at the very least have staff call me since the TSH tests on My chart came back with a 12.24 mcIU/mL. I didn't even get a prescription called in from this result. Never again will I waste my time with her. She's a Poor excuse for a doctor.
