Dr. Aimee Nicole French, MD

I’m sure Dr. French is a good doctor—from the one time I saw her, she seemed fine. But her staff is the most inept, worthless, and useless office staff I have ever dealt with. I have called seven times already, and today will be the ninth time, and it’s always the same garbage: “Someone will call you back.” No one ever calls. Ever. They just say it to get you off the phone and then nothing happens. That is beyond unacceptable. This is by far the most unprofessional, poorly run, highly NOT recommended office experience I’ve had. The staff that answers the phone is rude, and half the time they’re talking on speakerphone like they don’t care who hears your business. And when you can’t even understand the person you’re speaking to, it makes the whole thing even worse—because there’s already zero follow-through. Save yourself the hassle and go to a practice that actually takes pride in their work and respects patients. I’m only leaving this honest review because this office experience… flat-out sucks.

The worst, cold-hearted ****** I've ever come across. I hope you read this "Doctor" French. You are a terrible doctor, and worse human! I don't imagine you'll forget me after what you did to my family. You'll be hearing from us soon, and you'll answer for what you did.

First time patient for an Orthopedic issue. Dr. French displayed an attitude of arrogance and was not interested in listening to the information I was providing or looking at Xrays that would explain my visit. She was condescending and unprofessional.

She basically called me a liar, was extremely insultive of my weight, (which is because I have a disability), that my employer shouldn't have hired me, and that I should quit if I didn't like being discriminated against.

I found many of the office staff frustrating. Not real efficient.

Dr. French pulled me from a not so good hospital to Riverside community as I couldn't breath, I only had 15% breathing capacity , I spent 28 days in the hospital , she helped me a lot, what a great person, thank you so much, my family thanks you also.

I have been seeing Dr. French for over 2 years now. I absolutely love her and her staff. They are very courteous, and very friendly. Dr. French makes you feel like you are the only patient she is seeing that day, and spends ample time with each of her patience. I feel as though I have just come from a nice visit with a friend, as opposed to an uncomfortable doctor's office best. Dr. French is without a doubt the best, and I would refer her to anyone. She is an outstanding physician, but also a kind and compassionate human being.

Reviews are correct. This office is very popular. The patients in the waiting room speak very highly of the office and the doctors. My experience notes a staff that was very friendly, a doctor that spent plenty of time and explained everything to me. I could tell they cared about me as a patient. I will be going back, no question.

Been a patient at the Breathe Clinic for over a year, and have regained my ability to enjoy life and participate in activities that I had been missing out on. Overall life is so much better, because I can breathe again with little to no effort. It has been 3 years since I could play with my grand-babies, and I am looking forward to taking them swimming this month when they visit from Maine!! Thank you Dr. French and Tiffany!!
