Just spoke with Elizabeth in your billing department that has been with your office since 2020. I just scolded her because she obviously does not know what she is doing and is trying to collect on items from 2021. My husband was physically in your office on 3/14/24 and "went off" on the ladies because there was some sort of balance due from 2022. We paid $194.47 and was provided three billing statements that totaled that amount. He asked, "Is that ALL I OWE?". He was told "Yes." Elizabeth told me (Karen) that although the ladies gave him a receipt for the amount, that amount was later applied to some "older" invoices. Um, this is fraud! Don't have me pay for something and then later tell me it wasn't paid. We've been getting non-stop telephone calls from your office. Then we just received billing statements for amounts we were told were already paid. You need to get your act together. I told Elizabeth how embarrassed she should be for not being able to handle her work. She… is now trying to collect $30.78, which we showed was already paid, but now she is telling us, "Oh, no, I applied that to an even older invoice from 2021." This is the reason we no longer see Dr. French. It's a hassle and unprofessional. I told Elizabeth to stop calling and to write this off.
