He amazing and have much gratitude to Dr. Kim. He found my lung cancer early on and I really believe he saved my life. Dr. Kim is informative, responsive, thorough, and kind. I absolutely recommend him.

With shortness of breath, diagnosis comes lots of trial and errors, testing and processes of elimination through participation on patients part as well. I don't think there's one hit wonder fix all and doctors. Dr Kim is as best as there is.

I met Dr Kim at Kaiser Irvine when my father was on ventilator. Dr.Kim took over from another doctor when he kept getting sicker. I LOVE Dr.Kim, he did all the necessary surgeries in ICU, provided guidance and made time for our family each day. He is caring and amazingly knowledgeable. He accommodated our family every way and my father is now home. Thank you thank you DrKim

Wonderful bedside manner, calm in chaotic ICU, he is truly an expert. As an ICU nurse, I observed Dr.Kim performing urgent life saving surgeries with ease in his bow tie one after another until all patients receive his expert care. He will be missed in Corona when he joins Kaiser.

I knew DrKim was a special doctor seeing me in ICU. I looked up medicine board records, he is certified in 3 medicine boards. Wow

Dr Kim is truly exceptional. My wife was hospitalized to Corona Regional intensive care unit had a rough time in ER. Dr Kim was in charge once my wife was transferred to the critical care unit. He spent time to meet our family, his bedside manner and clarity made us feel very comfortable.

Dr.Kim has a wonderful bedside mannerism. He was my husbands Intensivist. He is also an excellent surgeon, communicates well and understanding towards patients needs. Listens and explains well, spends appropriate time needed to discuss issues at hand. He is genuinely concerned about the long term prognosis. Best pulmonologist I have come across. As far as 3 stars, I found out it is difficult to get office appointments

Best lung specialist I had worst experience sitting in hospital, couldn't breathe for 4 days. Noone did anything about it until I saw my lung specialist, Dr.Kim. First time I met him in late evening, he sat down told me I needed to have lung water drained. Two hours later, he came in and removed two liters. I went home the next day. He is an amazing doctors.

My father with COPD frequently went to ER. It was obvious he was very sick, ER doctors couldn't care for my father. Our family requested for a lung specialist. He came in the middle of night and saved him. Dr. Kim saw my father every day in the hospital, and sent home on different medications. He has not gone back to hospital for past 6 months, and no longer needing oxygen tank. Finally, Dr. Kim was the only doctor who sat down in the room and spoke to us. He is a special doctor I trust.
