Dr. Ajaz Latif Chaudhry, MD

Dr. Chaudhry is a caring and attentive doctor. I am very grateful to find him taking care of my sinus condition. He explained my problems well and offered possible options to resolve my sinus problem. The office staff and nurses are also very nice and professional. All in all, my experience with this doctor and his staff so far is definitely a 5-star experience.

Folks, this man is an answer to prayer. He's the best, you're wasting time going to anyone else. I've been seen by him years ago, and have recently just re-connected. I haven't found anyone as reassuring, so excellent in patient communication and medical expertise...and just a whole lot of common sense. You are in great hands with him, who believes in getting to the bottom of what is wrong with a patient. He really needs to be on the top a Who's Who list of ENT's!!

I can definitely agree on the deceptive practices by the staff and doctors. First off, I made my appointment originally with Dr. Chaudhry, when I went to the office (I live 30-45 minutes away), I found out that they had me scheduled with someone else and they were trying to bully me to keep my appointment even though I asked to be seen specifically with Dr. Chaudhry. They finally rescheduled me, and when I came in for my appointment to check for wax build up in my ears and Dr. Chaudhry asked if I had sinus issues which I said occasionally and Dr. Chaudhry took a look with the camera that goes in your nose and he was really excited to use that tool with me. I thought it was routine and didn't question it. Everything was normal and doctor informed me I had a deviated septum (which I already knew from previous doctors). I paid my co-pay and left. I got an insurance bill later charging me over a grand for the camera in my nose because it technically was minimally invasive surgical… procedure that I didn't even know I was having! What's further frustrating is when the billing department was not cooperating with me and the doctor finally called me back, I was very nice with explaining the situation and why I felt that I was taken advantage of as a patient and he cut me off before I could even finish and said "Look I already know where this is going, you have to talk to the billing department because I don't deal with the money side. I am really busy with a lot of patients." I was appalled. I informed him the billing department bills according the patient care and procedures performed under the discretion of the doctor. I informed him he had no reason to do the camera procedure with me and also not inform me that it was technically a surgical procedure. His decision making was the reason I was getting billed. He said said "Ok I don't have time to argue, if it makes you feel better I'll take care of it." Again, very unprofessional. Sure I had that portion taken care of, but it does not justify the behaviors and actions that were taken.

This doc is arrogant and self centered. Poor diagnosis, performed a deviated septum procedure that did not eliminate the original ailment. Procedure caused extensive bleeding for 3 days, discomfort continued for several weeks. And the ear ache still continues. Financial gains seem to be his primary interest.

Great doctor. Patient, thorough, caring, excellent bedside manner, answers all my questions, goes above and beyond to do what is right for his patients. He diagnosed my throat cancer, when other doctors were telling me it was just sinus issues. Then he completely walked me through the entire process I would have to go through to beat the cancer. All of this after his normal office hours. I would send my children to him if they have ENT issues! My spouse thinks he is a great doctor also.

This guy is amazing!! Excellent surgeon, impeccable bedside manor. Amazing knowledge!! The most amazing experience I’ve ever had with an doctor. I am a veteran who knows the meaning of being treated like a number . I can assure you you will not experience anything like that. I have seen Dr. C in the Johns Creek location exclusively . The office,the staff are excellent as well!! My hat is off to Dr. Chaudhry. Bravo Sir. Job well done!!!!
