If I could give this practice a rating less than 1 I would. Don't even deserve any stars. First Ajit Khaira made my dad end up at the hospital. His liver got destroyed by the medications that he prescribed. Forcing my dad out of work and my mom as well. Secondly he didn't admit that it was his fault until the biopsy came back and showed the medications my dad took were detrimental. You would think he would own up to it. He said going forward he would waive my dad's co-pay. Are you kidding me? It's going to take my dad forever to finally get back to the way he once was. As for the receptionist, Maria, is awfully rude, does not know any customer service. I asked her to fill out the EDD forms so my parents could receive the income that they missed, due to the doctor quite literally putting my Dad in the hospital. And her response? Sorry we can't fill it out until a week is up. Though they are due within 10 days of filing a claim, she states that it's not her problem. Before anyone books… an appointment, be forewarned. The staff is utterly rude, and the doctor doesn't care about his patients whatsoever. If you're Indian, find another doctor. One that will actually put you first, take the time to listen to your concerns, and the staff upfront will not be insanely rude.

Rudest receptionist in the entire Fresno county I would say -Both Maria and Bobby. Dr. Khaira please spend some money and please get these ladies some customer service lessons. in person or on phone always rude when you ask anything. like really you are calling me on the behalf of my doctor. I have the right to ask questions. They can certainly say sir we don't know the answer but no they want to argue.
