I cannot watch another commercial without sharing my experience. I want others to make an informed decision. I had suffered for years and I asked around for personal references. Most were good. One wasn't, but I was so desperate for relief that I chose to go. Dr. Anand and his staff were so pleasant (at first). I was not fully informed about the procedure but was so eager for relief that I trusted every word Dr. A. said. He is so charismatic and convincing. I was told that I could go to work that same day and that I would have severe congestion but would be given something to relieve it. I paid my $450 deductible and had it done. I tried to shop for mother's day after the surgery and kept soiling my mask with blood. I went home and the horror began. Felt like someone put a plug up my nose for 24 hours b/c I could not blow. I walked the floor and the yard all night trying to breathe. I had horrible pain and began reading online that my bones were actually broken; not just a balloon… releasing the pressure once it's deflated as I was told. I did not go to work for a week (teacher with perfect attendance). I went for a follow up and Dr. A entered camera ready as usual; just smiled and did his routine. He kept smiling and saying you feel better than you've felt in years. I told him no several times and he kept smiling and walked out. I went back 3 times with complaints of congestion and was prescribed more steroids after having been on them for a month before the surgery. After my third visit, he finally said oh you don't feel good. As I was talking, he put a tube up my nose and did another procedure. I began to feel some relief. In the meantime, I developed HBP from the prolonged use of steroids and called his office for advice. He was out of town and the receptionist told me to just stop taking them. I consulted a cardiologist who advised that stopping was the worse thing that I could do. After getting no relief for months, I went to an allergist who did an allergy test that required me to pay my deductible. I told her that I had satisfied it already. Dr. A billed the surgery in a manner that did not require a deductible. Insurance agent told me that he had been paid in full and that he owed me a refund. This is when the kindness turned ugly. The front staff was mean, kept me on hold, pretended to be other staff of the phone when I asked for them in particular, account manager was on vacation, my check was in the mail, etc. It took 2 months before I went into the office because I was in the area and the check was on the counter. Their response was it was my lucky day. This procedure was not a success for me. I don't doubt that others have had long-term relief, but this it is NOT a painless one-day process. It takes time to heal and is EXTREMELY scary the first 24 hours when you absolutely can't breathe. I hope this helps someone.

I had a pleasant experience. My nose was bleeding a few times per year and Dr. Anand cauterized it in the office. It has been a few months and I have not any nose bleeds. Well done.

I had surgery for my deviated septum and I did not experience any pain. I went to work the next day and I am breathing much better 1 week later. Great job!

I LOVE this office. The front desk staff are very pleasant. Whenever I call they always try to fit me in. I recommend these guys to everyone!
