I had a horrible experience at this medical office, and I want to warn others about their unprofessionalism. First, the parking is terrible. If you have a mobility issue or handicap, expect to park in the back and have a long walk to the office. Despite their posted 15-minute grace period, I was only 9 minutes late, but they still tried to deny me service. The staff was dismissive and even lied to my face. The supervisor falsely claimed I was 20 minutes late, despite us having the conversation at 9:52, well within their time window. They completely gaslighted me, disregarding the facts. When I explained this was causing me severe anxiety, they didn’t care at all. Instead, two staff members came out to tell me I would receive a letter, dismissing me like I was nothing. This office lacks empathy, professionalism, and honesty. I would never recommend them. If you value respect and fair treatment, find a different doctor.
