My dad had a knee replacement procedure few weeks ago. He was very worried and nervous about this upcoming surgery. We liked the prayer at 8:00 in the morning at the hospital and it was very encouraging for us. Dr. Barronian did an amazing job on dads knee and past 3 weeks later, he is walking by himself and even driving. Dr Barronian was referred to me by my primary Dr. Total hip replacement was what I was looking at. Dr Barronian was detailed in his explanation of the process, what to expect. I felt very confident that I was in good hands. Surgery went wonderfully, discharged the next day and by 6 weeks was walking pain free and with a normal gait.

He was an exceptional doctor. He did 3 surgeries on me and was always honest about what he could and could not do to help me.

He interrupted my initial visit of 10 minutes, 3 times to take phone calls. He did fine with the operation, but when I was bleeding out and the nurse called and he was close by, he said "call me in 20 minutes if the bleeding doesn't stop". The head nurse yelled to get him in here NOW! He sauntered down the hallway like no cares in the world. He stopped the bleeding and I got 2 pints of blood. His lack of caring and rudeness to my wife was not what I'd expect in a good surgeon.

This office appears to overbook its appointments. I arrived early to do paperwork, which was its own hassle, and I was finally called in by the nurse 30 minutes after my appt time. When I asked how much longer it would be, as I needed to get back to work, I was told that the doctor still had 2 patients to see before me. I've been to this office before and this appears to be standard procedure. Their excuse is that patients have to expect doctors to be behind. I don't accept that excuse. My time is valuable as well. If I'm given a 10AM appt, I expect that doctor to either see me within a reasonable amount of time or for his staff to notify later appts to reschedule. It's inexcusable for any business to make its customers wait an hour or more.

I had labrum repair surgery a year ago. While the shoulder is not perfect; yet.The progress is encouraging and the hope for a complete recovery keeps me on the excercise routine. Dr. Barronian was absolutely the right person to diagnose and repair my torn labrum. Highly recommend Dr. Barronian. Office manager? Not so much.
