DOCTOR IS GOOD,BUT THE STAFF IS SO CARELESS AND RUDE.

An excellent ophthalmologist!

Dr. Berg is a very experienced lasik surgeon. The post operative care is extremely lacking. I always felt rushed and had to ask him questions as he was leaving the room each time. Once I was asking him my questions as he walked down the hall. It seems like once he gets your money and you're mostly recovered you are no longer important. These are my eyes! I know you do thousands of surgeries but this is MY first time. He needs to be more attentive post surgery. I also feel that one of his Dr's lacks bedside manner-Dr. Lee. She never explained anything and I had to force information out of her.

Great judgement with good bedside manner

When you first visit Dr. Berg, you will find him delightful and very engaging. He's incredibly personable and you'd swear he was your grandfather, right down to the Saturday Evening Post pictures in the lobby.But when you have to go back for an adjustment...You meet Mr. Hyde.TLC offers adjustments until they get it right, which is often necessary, and was the case with my wife. She had one surgery done on both eyes and needed more. Much more. But when she called and asked about follow up adjustments and visited his office, you would have thought she had personally insulted that man. My poor wife was so afraid to have someone working on her eyes who clearly didn't want to see her in his office anymore that now we're out nearly $3000 and I just had to buy her a new pair of glasses. And it WASN'T that additional correction wasn't indicated, because it was. It's that HE didn't want to do it.Follow up corrections are free, and the patient's right, and we got the distinct impression that… that was the issue. We'll never use him or his office again. Never.

He so good, I can't find words to describe him. He's a genius!!!
