I have been a patient of Dr. Goldfeder for many, many years. I believe his expertise and warm personality merit the 100+ mile round trip visits. Don't believe you will find a better, more experienced, fun doctor than Dr. Goldfeder. Can't find one negative thing to say. I give him 5 stars. Great staff working with him, too.

This was the most complete exam of my eyes that I have ever had. My vision is now perfect, both for near and far.

What can I say? I really hate going to all doctors and especially ophthalmogists. It is just a fear that I have.Well, my recent visit to Dr. Alan Goldfeder may have just changed that! I had a lot of questions about certain diseases in my family such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts and significant near-sightedness. After a VERY thorough examination Dr. Goldfeder took a lot of time discussing all and I left his friendly competent office feeling about 1000% better than when I first arrived. I am actually looking forward to seeing him at least once a year. Everyone in my family will soon be in his office!! He is COMPASSIONATE!!!

Since Dr. Goldfeder saved my father's right eye after a serious infection(which two other famous Drs. had told my father that his eye would have to be removed)and now decades later his vision is perfect,our enitire extended family has been seeing Dr. G for decades.

My only problem was a need for a change in glasses. My exam was incredibly thorough. If I had had a problem, there is no doubt that Dr.Goldfeder would have found it. I am also sure that the care would have been excellent! Cudos!!

I had a rare type of bacterial infection which was not correctly diagnosed...After visting this doctor and after having used the full course of several medicines I am cured. I am, to say the least, very very happy.

I have a rare eye disorder which was correctly and quickly diagnosed by Dr G. I am now cured after having seen 6 other ophthalmologists. The staff is courteous and helpful. Also, there is an excellent optical shop and laser suite on site.
