Dr. Alan Jones, MD

Very professional and nice

I broke my collarbone and was sent to Jones after visiting the BSW emergency room. Over two visits, he spent exactly 3.75 minutes with me. He wanted to just let it heal, despite my having a 2.1 cm gap in the bone ends. After my third visit which took place over the phone, I refused to accept waiting four more months in pain. I called the Charrell Clinic who said it was an emergency situation and that I had two breaks not just one, and within 48 hours I was done with surgery and ready for rehab. I'm sure Jones is a good surgeon but a lousy doctor...He collected thousands of dollars and did not even try to help me.

Highly recommend Dr. Jones and his team. He performed emergency surgery on my femur while I was visiting from out of town. Could not have asked for better care.

Great doctor. Very knowledgable. Down to earth, and takes time to explain. Did not rush in for surgery. I highly recommend him.

My 95 year old mother with deep dementia was referred to Dr. Jones for treatment of a bone fracture. Seldom have I seen a doctor who took the time and showed the compassion that Dr. Jones showed my mother and me. She had other challenges but he assured me that the break would heal. Her fracture is now healed and he sent us on our way, but not before he thanked us for the opportunity to work with us and in the future if needed.

Despite their horrible office hours (Tuesday only) I would still go back or refer someone with a tramatic injury to Dr. Jones. He is the top of his field. The first indicaiton is that a Dr. from another (competing) hospital recommended him.
