Dr. Alan Gene Kelton, MD

My mother had Dr Kelton as the on call physician at the urgent care facility where her primary resides. She recommended him to me, I became a patient in 2005, and am lucky enough to have followed him to his current location. He is insightful, compassionate, very knowledgeable and a fantastic listener. Not afraid to say "I'm not sure", he has a greatd sense of humor, as I once told him, the main reason I need a Dr. is "to confirm my diagnosis and write my prescriptions", and he didn't even give me the stink eye. The office support staff is fair to good sometimes,an occasional minor issue, but he is a busy doc, and I am very lucky to have him as my Dr.

My family has enjoyed the care of Dr Kelton almost since his start of practice with CMP. He has a wide knowledge base and always amazes me with his expert knowlege and willingness to share with us the reason for our illness and current treatments available.

Dr. Kelton listens and cares and has good widespread knowledge. He's too busy to make specific or complex diagnoses, but if you need a good GP, Dr. Kelton is it.Also, he has rheumatiod arthritis, so if you have that, he is the number one doctor for you.
