Dr. Mendelsohn is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. I first went to him after seeing the incredible care he gave my mother. She had struggled with her vision for years under another doctor’s care, and he was able to finally correct her vision and truly change her quality of life. Seeing the difference he made for her gave me complete confidence in trusting him with my own care. He has a calming and reassuring manner that immediately makes you feel comfortable. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. His entire staff is just as wonderful. They are kind, professional, and welcoming every step of the way. Dr. Mendelsohn referred me to another doctor within his practice, Dr. Chaleff, for my cataract surgery and lens procedure, and I honestly can’t put into words how exceptional that doctor was. A GREAT doctor to deal with-- explains everything, never rushes you and always answers all your questions. His office staff is equally excellent- they all are very pleasant and eager to assist you in anyway possible. I am very pleased with the results of my recent cataract surgery and the installation of multifocal lenses. My eyesight is greatly improved after the cataract surgery, and I no longer need to wear glasses for distance or for reading up close.
