????? over 4 years ago Approximately five years ago, I was referred by an optometrist to consult with an ophthalmologist. Fortunately, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Alan Mitchell at Mitchell Refractive Surgery & Eye Center. This establishment exemplifies exceptional management and is distinguished by its high level of customer service. Throughout my visits, I consistently interacted with courteous and efficient staff members, demonstrating the office's commitment to excellence. The comprehensive testing procedures were thoroughly explained in clear and concise language. Dr. Mitchell demonstrated exceptional communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner, ensuring I remained well-informed throughout the process. I departed feeling valued as a patient and confident in the exceptional care provided. I appreciate the high level of service I received during my visit. Upon my most recent visit, it was determined that my cataracts had progressed to the point where surgery was… necessary. I opted to undergo cataract removal and LASIK procedures. Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Lam collaborated on the surgery, and their staff and nurses were outstanding in their preparation and care. Following the procedure, my cataracts were successfully removed, and my visual acuity is now 20/20 or better in each eye, eliminating my need for glasses. I can honestly recommend these two fine doctors and their facilities for any of your eye ailments.

Recently had very successful cataract surgery thanks to Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Kubal and their extremely knowledgeable team Ellen and Leah. All aspects of the surgical process from pre to post surgery were carefully explained including lens options. I highly recommend this practice for their care and commitment as well as skills.

I CAN NOT say enough about Dr Allan Mitchell. He rocks ! He took care of my cataracts (both eyes) plus laser. My friends call me 20/20! All I can say is what do I do now with 22 pairs of readers? His office staff is BEYOND ! They are all wonderful ..Props to Ellen ..who went above and beyond w/ scheduling and providing me with all my options. Thank you..thank you..thank you WR

I switched to Dr. Mitchell and so glad I did. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Mitchell was very welcoming. . I barely waited to be seen by the doctor. What a switch from where I had been going before.

Staff when you call is so rude. This will be the second time they never returned my call. Never experienced such an unprofessional staff. They actually when calling wanted to ship me to another doctor. I have never been there. I along with several others will be staying away

I would think twice about playing ball ( eyeball) with this team

Dr. Mitchell was highly recommended. I went to see Dr. Mitchell for a eye exam because I could not see anything clearly, vision was very blurry. My 1st visit was a wonderful experience!!! I am so happy that I had the pleasure of becoming a part of this practice! He and his staff truly care for his patients. Staff is so kind and experienced! Doctor Mitchell is THE BEST! And I can see clearly now! When I have an appointment now it's like going in to see family. Also, I have never felt rushed at any of my appointments, truly amazing! Dr. Mitchell is personable, honest and ethical, a VERY CARING DOCTOR!
