Dr. Alan Akio Miyake

Dr. Miyake performed an extraction on my 10 year old daughter. I had, what I thought, was simple question a few minutes prior to the surgery. However, Dr. Miyake took the time to take new x-rays to determine for sure if all three teeth needed to be removed or if there was any alternative to removal. He simply could have brushed off my question, but instead, took the time to consider if there would be any other option to save her teeth. He was wonderful to explain the process and was extremely patient. His surgery staff was very kind and patient as well. Dr. Miyake himself called us a few hours later to followup on her condition. It's almost impossible to find that level of care anymore. Def recommend.

Dr. Alan Miyake is so incredible! My 3 year old daughter was attacked by a dog and almost had her cheek ripped off! It was the most horrible thing I have ever seen! Dr. Miyake performed 2 hours of extensive surgery to repair her face. I was terrified to go in to recovery expecting it to look really bad still. There was no way anyone could make something so terrible look good... but when I walked in it was as if lights shown down on her and there was my beautiful little girl again! The scars on her face should heal very well, but the scars on my heart from this experience will for ever remain deep and jagged. Dr. Miyake I will never be able to repay you for what you have done. My daughter will live a much happier life thanks to you and your team! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
