A good man. Very kind and knowledgeable. Not a lot of bells and whistles at this office. Just good psychiatric treatment.

I have gone to too many Psychiatrist with just sit there and state at you. Mitzi the talk therapist actually talked back to me and suggested ideas to help with my depression. I was shocked I finally found someone who would interact with me. She is wonderful. Dr Ruttenberg is kind and understanding and very helpful. If you are in a crisis Mitzi or Dr Ruthenberg will call you back at off office hours to help you cope. Carmen and Ellie at the front desk are so pleasant and warm. Finding a doctor by reviews only is scary and I feel Carmen has been maligned by unfair biased reviews. I'm sure her job dealing with different personalities is difficult. Treat her with respect and she will treat you in kind. I couldn't be happier with everyone in this office. If you need help this is the place to go. Be well and know there is help if you reach out to Mitzi and Dr Ruthenberg. I don't know if I'd be here to write this review without their help.

He is very much a Dr who knows what he is doing and how to help. His staff is marvelous. Verified pt over 20 years.i would not trust another mental health professional especially when it comes to hard to treat, the people who have chemical problems and need help..he takes a multiple approach and doesn't just give out pills as an answer to mental health issues, he really really cares.

I found dr. Ruttenberg to be very nice, polite and to the point. He is thorough and precise. He gave an accurate diagnosis and a plan for treatment that worked. I highly recommend this doctor to all. Thank you!

He even did a phone appointment with me when I was out of town. He had my best interests in mind at all times.

I have seen dr. Ruttenberg for at least 8 plus years. He is prompt, kind, and to the point. His diagnonsis is well evaluated, and accurate. He is always asking how my medications are working for me, and how I am doing. His Staff is awesome! Very kind and helpful every time I am there or call. I have to change doctor because I can only get a 15 minute ap. with Dr. Ruttenberg. Maybe it's because I am a medicare patient. He is a very nice man but he is only interested in giving medications.

The doctor pretty much does his job. Needs to catch up on the right dosage of certain meds, but for the most part shows sign of undivided attention. Now the staff (alla and carmen) can pretty much be summed up as a littirary word, 'female dogs' . Now having no impulse control hanging up the phone, saying I don't believe you may be excused as a cute behavior when you are three or four bit not as adults. Especially at a psychiatrist office. Wow I was a bit surprised to hear such infantile behavior. The thing is you can't talk to someone with a borderline personality disorder. Alla felt justified for herb verbal abuse because she was convinced I did not need more medicine. The primitive defenses did not allow her to see she is representing the psychiatric office. So this falls back on the doctors shoulders in allowing this to happen. You don't argue with customers. and where it is the worst time to do that is in the psych office. A place where you come to get treatment and it… starts with these childish adults. LOL
